Cancellation & Change Policy

Cancellation Policy
A customer may cancel his/her order anytime before his/her credit card payment has been charged. Once his/her credit card payment has been charged, we will have to charge 7% refund processing fee. If his/her order has been shipped out, we are unable to cancel your order.

Change Policy
A customer may change your order anytime before his/her order has been shipped out.

A customer add/delete items after his/her order has been shipped out, we are unable to make the change, please place new order for adding items, or return delete item as per our return policy after receiving order.

For customer in United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), if he/her would like to change/correct shipping address after his/her order has been shipped out, a 10% correct fee will be applied.

For customer in all country (excluding Unite States mainland), if he/her would like to change/correct shipping address after his/her order has been shipped out, we are unable to make the kind of change, please contact shipment company by himself/herself. We are not responsible for the wrong delivery.
